For all UK orders we offer a flat shipping fee of £2.99. We use the Royal Mail 48 hour postal service. For larger orders including hampers, we use either DPD or Yodel.

Due to Brexit complications, European deliveries have been taking longer than usual, these are sent via Royal Mail international and can take up to 10 working days.

If Goods are being ordered from outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. The Spice is Right is not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard. If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported. Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and The Spice is Right cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the address details that you provide are correct. This should include a contact name and business name, if being shipped to a business, house name and number and a full postal/zip code. The Spice is Right will not be held responsible for any incorrect address details provided by the customer. The Spice is Right cannot split orders and ship the parts of any single order to multiple addresses.

If a parcel is lost or damaged we will submit a claim to Royal Mail or the courier company. Please note Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days from the date of delivery have lapsed. We will therefore be unable to either refund/replace any item sent via Royal Mail until this time.

Photo evidence of items and all packaging is required for all claims for damaged items. Please retain all items and packaging until any claims have been settled. Damaged items may need to be returned to us for a replacement or refund to be issued.

Please note: Business days are defined as Monday to Friday 9 am-4.30 pm. Next-Day or selected day delivery options are only possible if we receive your order before 12 pm from Monday to Thursday.

Where delivery instructions are left without a signature, we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods. For example, if you request leaving in a bin where recycling may happen, or, in an outhouse that could be accessed by 3rd parties. Depending on the Delivery service used, Deliveries can be between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM,  It’s the responsibility of the customer to facilitate to receive goods. It’s customer responsibility to follow up with the shipping agency to fix an alternative time/date to collect the consignment if a delivery has been missed or card posted etc.

Most Orders placed before 12 pm are dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays), orders placed after 12 pm are dispatched the following working day, and if placed on Friday after 12pm these will be dispatched on Monday.
